All bidders must register prior to participating in any auction. Registration requires accurate personal and contact information. Auctions by BAM reserves the right to deny or revoke registration at our discretion.
3.1 Placing Bids
All bids placed are binding. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn or altered.
3.2 Highest Bidder
The highest bid at the close of the auction is considered the winning bid, subject to seller confirmation in some cases.
3.3 Auctioneer Discretion
We reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion and may reopen bidding if a dispute arises or if there is a system error.
4.1 Payment Terms
Payments must be made within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion unless otherwise stated. Acceptable payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer. Auctions by BAM reserves the right to charge your registered payment method immediately upon winning.
4.2 Non-Payment
Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of your account, cancellation of your bid, and re-listing of the item. Non-payment may also result in legal action.
A buyer’s premium of [X]% will be added to the final bid price of each lot. This premium is non-negotiable and forms part of the total price payable.
All purchases are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide the necessary documentation before bidding.
7.1 Item Descriptions
All items are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” without any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. Descriptions of items are provided as a courtesy and should not be relied upon as a statement of fact.
7.2 Inspection
It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect items before bidding. We encourage all potential buyers to take advantage of any pre-auction inspection opportunities provided.
7.3 No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
8.1 Pickup
Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their items within the time frame stated in the auction details. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or forfeiture of the item without refund.
8.2 Shipping
Shipping is available upon request at the bidder’s expense. Shipping arrangements and costs will be communicated after the auction and must be paid in full before shipping.
Auctions by BAM will not be held liable for any accidents, damages, or losses that occur during the auction or as a result of participation. This includes but is not limited to damages caused during the handling, transport, or use of purchased items.
Auctions by BAM reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or withdraw any auction or item at our discretion. This includes the right to terminate the auction due to unforeseen circumstances.
By registering and participating in our auctions, you agree to our use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used to facilitate your participation in our auctions and to communicate with you about relevant products or services.
In the event of a dispute arising from participation in any auction, Auctions by BAM will have sole discretion in resolving the issue. All decisions made by the auctioneer are final.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
