Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of your account, cancellation of your bid, and re-listing of the item. Non-payment may also result in legal action.

BAM Auctions & Liquidations will not be held liable for any accidents, damages, or losses that occur during the auction or as a result of participation. This includes but is not limited to damages caused during the handling, transport, or use of purchased items.
